Our Studio

Located right in the heart of Montréal, our studio at 1050 Lacasse dates back to the 1940’s and has been customly updated to accommodate our modular creative workflow.

Whether it’s a workshop to create instruments, or a space to hold events, our studio is multi-functional by nature. A little bit like us. With this versatile space, we are able to quickly record in one room, while setting up for mixing and post-production in another. Allowing us to look at projects in a much more holistic manner, and iterate on concepts at a very quick pace. Meaning better quality work in less time.

And we’re not just all about the work. If you stop by the studio, you can enjoy our living room with relaxing couches and a console to try out all of the video game projects we’ve worked on. Just don’t beat our high score, we’re pretty protective of those.

Over the past 80 years, our studio has been home to legendary artists and producers such as Oscar Peterson, Oliver Jones, Beatles' producer George Martin, Alan Parsons, Bette Midler and Sinead O'Connor.

Sought after for its rose wood construction creating incredible acoustic quality, 1050 Lacasse has seen musicians travel from far and wide to record in this beautiful space. With an extensive and historically accurate restoration process, we’ve adapted it for our growing needs. Adding voiceover booths, multifunctional areas, and offices onto the adjacent building. Creating a modern work/play space that allows us to do our best work, and enjoy it too.

With this new space, we can now carry out the entire length of a project right in our studio. Allowing us to work quickly and efficiently in a space that can adapt to our ever-changing needs, while giving us some room to relax and kick-back at the end of the day.

We have the space, you have the project.

With our modular and all-in-one studio, we can adapt our workflow to any project. Meaning there is no challenge too big or too small for us to handle. And best of all, it all happens in-house. Come check out the space, we’d love to show you around.
